The processes
About the process
Three support channels for growth and self-realization
The processeses
Each process is customized, based on a shared dialogue and listening to your needs
and can exist on one of the following channels, or combine them organically
Life skills Guidance
A practical, short-term process for developing essential life skills — such as self-regulation, communication, relationships, parenting, and personal management.
Offers clear, tailored guidance that bridges psychological insight with everyday action.
Integrative Psychotherapy
(body-mind-spirit)
A deep therapeutic process grounded in dynamic psychology, applied through dialogue-based work, and enriched with tools and insights that address the interrelated influences of mind, body, and spirit.
The therapy invites gentle exploration of inner patterns, emotions, and memories – aiming to restore connection between parts of the self and to support healing, transformation, and growth from within.
It is suitable for those seeking to process past experiences, build new emotional presence, strengthen self-regulation, and create meaningful inner movement – as a foundation for a more aligned, free, and fulfilling life.
Whom for, What for
The processes are intended for women and men of all ages and backgrounds who feel an inner calling to improve their lives – both in their inner world and in day-to-day living.
Working with me is suitable for those who wish to come closer to themselves, experience greater acceptance and self-compassion, grow stronger from within, and build emotional resilience.
It is for people who want to deepen their relationships and expand their capacity for connection and intimacy;
for those who long to express themselves with authenticity and freedom – yet also with awareness and precision.
An expression that honors the complexity within us and supports our diverse needs across the different spaces of life:
in personal relationships, parenting, and professional practice.

About Me
I’m an integrative psychotherapist (Body–Mind–Spirit), organizational consultant, and personal coach with over 25 years of experience guiding people through growth, transformation, and self-realization — both personally and professionally.
I’ve worked extensively with leaders in global high-tech companies, but my journey has also been deeply personal: as a mother of four — including a son diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder — I’ve faced a wide range of life challenges. Through them, I’ve discovered the profound potential for healing, strength, and growth that can arise from within adversity.
I believe that self-realization is a deep process — one that invites us to face our fears and limitations, while also reconnecting with inner strength, compassion, and the possibility of living with more clarity, connection, and joy.

Group workshops are opened from time to time to develop skills related to central issues in our lives, and relevant to self-realization and feelings of well-being. The meetings combine theoretical guidance, group discussion, and experiential learning through practice. Each workshop will begin by establishing a shared space; safe and inclusive. The group can enable learning from the experiences of others, an external perspective, strengthening self-awareness, fertilization from joint processing, and enjoyment of interaction with people dealing with the same issue. At the end, the path taken will be examined, and integration
.will be implemented into everyday life
