Edna Arbel, Psychotherapist

 About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist (mind-body-spirit), an organizational consultant, personal coach, and group facilitator - with over 25 years of

experience supporting individuals through processes

,of growth, change

and self-realization, both personally and

.professionally

For many years, I worked with senior leaders in global organizations – yet my path has always been deeply personal as well. As a mother of four, including a son diagnosed on the autism spectrum, I carry with me a rich and complex life journey. Through it, I’ve come to see how healing, resilience, and meaningful growth often

emerge from within the very heart of life’s

.challenges

I believe that self-realization is a deep and ongoing process – one that invites us to

,face our fears, limitations, and pain, while also uncovering inner strength

compassion, and the potential for a more

.connected, joyful, and authentic life

What makes my approach unique is the ability to integrate emotional depth with clear, practical thingking.  I offer sensitive, attuned support for deep emotional work – while also helping to clarify goals, directions, and choices in a grounded, outcome-oriented way. From my broad professional and personal experience, I’ve learned that

true growth often emerges from the meeting point between feeling and

.thinking, softness and structure

Group workshops are opened from time to time to develop skills related to central issues in our lives, and relevant to self-realization and feelings of well-being. The meetings combine theoretical guidance, group discussion, and experiential learning through practice. Each workshop will begin by establishing a shared space; safe and inclusive. The group can enable learning from the experiences of others, an external perspective, strengthening self-awareness, fertilization from joint processing, and enjoyment of interaction with people dealing with the same issue. At the end, the path taken will be examined, and integration

.will be implemented into everyday life
